
Four large pork chops
1/2 cup fresh fine grated horseradish
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp mustard
Four dried bay leaves
1/4 cup of dark beer
In a large bowl, add horseradish, maple syrup, mustard bay leaves, and beer – mix well – then add porkchop and cover them with the sauce – cover the bowl with lid and place in refrigerator overnight. Before putting meat on the grill, make sure the pork chops are covered with sauce.
