
- 3 cups low fat quark ( it is not cured cheese check the shelves in the dairy products should have the same name in the USA)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves fresh garlic pressed
- salt & Pepper to our liking
- 1 cup fresh chives fine cut
- 1 cup fresh parsley fine cut
- Juice of 1 Lemon – freshly pressed
optional 1 cup thinly sliced green onion
in a large bowl using a mixer blend quark, yogurt, sour cream, and lemon juice until its smooth, then add all other ingredients using a spoon to lift it under the quark mix. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator before serving a minimum of 2 hours.
Best served with baked potatoes or boiled salt potatoes.
