Noodle salad alternative Rice

Ingredients:

1lbs spiral noodles cooked al dente (make sure while cooking it has enough salt added to water)
2lbs sliced cooked ham then diced
2 Jars Pustza Salad (may have to check online or in the international section of a store )


1 jar mushrooms tiny full heads (drained)
2-3 hard-boiled eggs diced
1 cup sliced green onion
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 cup parsley
1/4 cup chives
3 cups Mayonaise
Dried Herbs unless you have them fresh
1/4 Teaspoon each:
marjoram
rosemary
basil
celery leaves
lovage herb ( only a pinch here )
1/4 ground paprika sweet
Salt and Pepper to your liking

Optional for those that like it spicey ground dried chili to your liking
2 Tablespoons pickle juice (not the sweet kind)

Alternative instead of Noodles cook 3 cups of rice

First, drain 1 jar of the Puszta salad and the champignons –
in a large salad bowl had undrained Pustza salad then add all the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Let rest in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving. May want to stir the salad after 2 hours.
