Spaghetti with cured bacon bell pepper sauce

Well, sometimes it has to go quickly… so here is one of our favorites – careful its spicey.
If u don’t like it spicy then just leave Jalapeno/Habanero out of the sauce.
Ingredients for the sauce
1 can diced tomatoes

2 slices cured bacon, remove skin and cut in fine slices
1 large Bell pepper cleaned and diced
1 onion diced
1 gove garlic chopped finely
1 Jalapeno or Habanero finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Salt and Pepper to your liking ( will not need much salt as the bacon is salty)
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cube beef broth
1 Tablespoon Tomato paste.
Potato flour and water mix to thicken the sauce

In a large hot high rimmed skillet, add bacon and let it fry golden brown then add onion garlic, Jalapeno or Habanero, bell pepper, and spices and fry till onions are glassy, then add diced tomatoes, water and bring to a simmer, now add tomato paste and broth cube let simmer for about 15 minutes.
After that thicken the sauce with potato flour-water mix – add just as much so it thickens up a bid, I usually use one tablespoon of flour and 5 tablespoon water and mix it so no lumps are left … then drizzle it slowly into the simmering sauce while stirring ….
Meanwhile, you should have cooked spaghetti as package describes … drain and serve with sauce …
